We should support this offer not only because its a very reasonable price, we should also promote these kind of marketing offers so other software vendors will also offer these kind of prices for countries like us. These kinds of promotions will benefit both the vendor and user.
User get the software for a reasonable price and vendor will benefit because users will less likely to steal the software so vendor will have something other than nothing.
