I'm stuck with 2000 twitter followings

If you are stuck with 2000 twitter followings then you have been a bad twitter user :)
This happens when you do excessive twitter following without been followed back.
To stop unwanted spamming twitter has implemented the rule that when you reach 2000 followings, you can only follow 10% more people than are following you.

Twitter over capacity in specific times

Sometimes when I try to access twitter between 12.00 AM - 4.00 AM in Sri Lankan time (12.00 PM - 4.00 PM US time) I get this page Twitter over capacity.
The strange thing is that it happens all the time in this time period. wonder why so much overwhelming traffic comes at that time.
Hope they fix it soon. It's really annoying to see this page over and over again.
