This video was a survey done by Google, Many people didn't know what a browser was. I'm not surprise because non-geek people actually don't need to know what is a browser as long as they reach their desired website. The sad part is that many users will use IE 6 even without knowing that it has many bugs that don't follow web standards and makes web designers life a living hell.
The funniest part was that no one knew what Google Chrome is :D
